Overview
This article will cover all of the Supplier Tools and how they can be used to manage supplier cost files that were imported into the system.
Supplier Tools
The Supplier Tools can be found in the back office by navigating to Admin -> Supplier Tools.
- Supplier Pricing Manager
This tool will display all of the Supplier Cost changes in the system, both manual supplier cost changes and imported pricing files. The purpose of the manager is to allow the user to easily view the data in the pricing file and create Regular Price product change worksheets based on the pricing data in the file.- Step 1: Choose an imported supplier pricing file
- Step 2: Review the price changes and set new pricing for products
- Step 3: Confirm the price changes and approve the generated worksheet
- Supplier Product Uploads
This tool is similar to the Supplier Pricing Manager where it allows you to manage the imported pricing files but in a report grid format. - Supplier Broken Part Numbers
This tool is designed to show all products that had a previous supplier cost and do not have a new one in the past 30 days. Its purpose is to help identify products where the reorder number may have changed. - Supplier Product Broken Quantities
This tool will show all products that were identified by the Reorder Number in Cloud Retailer but the case quantity in CR does not match the case quantity in the supplier pricing file. - Supplier Product with Relations
This tool will show all products in the pricing file with the default grouping set to Reorder Number. Note: This reorder number is the one listed in the pricing file. The Related Product and Product Code columns will be populated if the reorder number is matched to an existing product. - Supplier Product with Worksheets
This tool will show all products listed in a worksheet to audit all price changes related to a pricing file change.
