Store Transfers - Quantities sent/received do not match

Discrepancies with your store transfers can happen from time to time.

An employee may send or receive an incorrect amount or it could just be a typo during the sending/receiving process.
Since Cloud Retailer doesn't know which number is right, it will, by default leave the numbers as they are entered into the system.

To locate and correct these types of discrepancies, you can view the Store Transfers Quantities Discrepancy report.

If you transfer a lot between stores, we suggest reviewing this report frequently or schedule it to be emailed nightly.

Average Time to Complete

This depends on the number of items needing to be corrected.
