Overview

Once you have set up and confirmed the integration to QuickBooks Online, you can begin posting GL Batches directly from Cloud Retailer to QuickBooks Online.

NOTE: This guide assumes you have a functional Accounting Integration with the integration to QuickBooks Online configure.  See:

Procedure

To post GL Batches to QuickBooks online:

1. Log into your Cloud Retailer Back Office

2. From the left-hand menu select Reports -> GL Export Report For QuickBooks Online

3. Click the button with the image of a dollar bill to post the filtered batches to QuickBooks Online

4. Once posted, you can filter by State = Posted and you can view the posting to QBO by clicking the state link and logging into the QBO account.
