Configuring QuickBooks Desktop Integration

Overview

The integration method for Quickbooks Pro is an "IIF" file.  This means Cloud Retailer will export a file that you will then import it using Quickbooks tools.  This article will walk you through the steps of this process.

Procedure


Test Integration (Desktop Only)

  1. Navigate to Reports > Export To QuickBooks Desktop.

  2. Select a location.

  3. Select a Closing Date.

  4. Click [Export]


A file will be created and downloaded. Follow the instructions on the page to import into Quickbooks Desktop. If errors occur, they will be noted in Quickbooks.
