Overview

To open the top of the unit pull forward on the orange tabs on both sides of the printer.

Inside of the printer, the roll holder is spring loaded so to install labels push the holders apart. The small orange piece in the front is the sensor to detect the gaps between the labels on the roll. Make sure that it is in the center of the roll. To clean the sensor, use 99% medical-grade alcohol and a fiber-free cleaning swab.

The proper way to install labels, make sure the roll is installed with the lables coming over the top and out the front.

Inormation label on the bottom of the printer shows serial number.

Power brick for the printer is a breakaway power brick.

Users can unplug the power cable from the brick if needed.
