Overview

This report is targeted at finding the products that have been moving at a given location, but that have not been counted during recent Inventory Counts.


NOTE: Calculations in this report are based on the last month's worth of data.


Usage

The report can be used to find products that were not properly counted or products that you may need to replenish.


Default Properties

  • Filtered by Point In Time is [today] AND Qty. On Hand <= 0 AND Last Sold > [a month before today]
  • Sorted by Qty. On Hand

Columns

  • Product Code: The UPC or Primary Product Code for the Product.
  • Description: The description of the Product.
  • Location Name: The Location that is carrying the Product.
  • Qty. on Hand: The current quantity of the Product at the given Location.
  • Sold: The quantity of the Product sold in the last month for the given Location.
  • Last Sold: The last date and time the Product was sold at the given Location.
  • Inventory: The quantity of the Product received in Purchase Orders over the last month for the given Location. This column is hidden by default.
  • Transfer In: The quantity of the Product moved by Inventory Transfers over the last month towards the given Location. This column is hidden by default. 
  • Transfer Out: The quantity of the Product moved by Inventory Transfers over the last month away from the given Location. This column is hidden by default. 
  • Adjustment: The quantity of any manual adjustments made to the Product in the last month for the given Location. This column is hidden by default.
