Overview

This report is a tailored view of our Report - Product Sales Analysis that filters for products that have been sold in the last 4 weeks but have not been checked in within the last 7 days at a given Location. 


Usage

The report can be used to find products that were not checked in or products that you may need to replenish.


Default Properties

  • Filtered by 4 Wk Qty > 0 AND (Last Counted < [7 days before today] OR Last Counted is empty) AND Location Name equals [provided by link]
  • Ordered by Description


Columns

  • Location Name: The Location that is carrying the Product.
  • Description: The description of the Product.
  • Size: The size of the Product.
  • Department: The name of the Department the Product is a member of.
  • Category: The name of the Category the Product is a member of.
  • Price: The retail price of the Product at the given Location.
  • Avg Cost: The Average cost for the Product at the given Location.
  • QoH: The current quantity of the Product at the given Location.
  • 4 Wk Avg: The average Quantity sold of the Product over the last 4 weeks at the given Location.
  • 4 Wk Qty: The total Quantity sold of the Product over the last 4 weeks at the given Location.
  • Last Counted: The date and time the Product was last checked in at the given Location. This column is hidden by default.
  • Product Created: The date the Product was added to the system. This column is hidden by default.
