Card Defender Terminal Locked

    You may find your Card Defender terminal locked with this message after entering the wrong password too many times: "Wrong Password / Terminal locked"


    To clear this error message, you need to power cycle the terminal. Just unplug it and plug it back in.
If you can't find the power plug at the power strip, you can unplug the power cable from where it plugs into the cable junction at the end of the terminal cable (circled in red,) then plug it back in. Please scroll down to see the pic of the power unit.
