Change the customer display logo

Overview

If you'd like to change the logo that appears on the customer-facing display at the POS follow these steps:


Procedure

  1. Log into your back office
  2. Navigate to Admin > Global attachments.  
  3. Click "Add new attachment"
  4. Select your logo file to upload
  5. Save the page
  6. Change the dropdown next to image to POS or All
  7. Save the page again
  8. Set the system to use the logo
    1. Navigate to Admin > Admin Catalog > Global Entity Settings > Customer display
    2. Choose your logo's file name from the dropdown menu
    3. Save the page
  9. Wait at least 2 minutes or sync your register(s) manually
  10. Close Cloud Retailer
  11. Restart Cloud Retailer



You can also change the size or eliminate the logo in version 2.28 or higher by modifying the Footer scale percent in Admin > Devices / register list > find your POS station in the list > modify the setting in the "Customer Display Configuration"
