If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by using the "Lost your password" link.


  • First, click the "Lost your password?" link on the login page.
  • Then fill in the email address that is affiliated with your Cloud Retailer user account.
If you do not have an email address associated with your user account. You may ask your manager or supervisor to reset it for you. They may refer to this article for the steps on how to do it  If that is not possible, feel free to give us a call. This is considered a premium service request and requires 15 minutes of billable support hours.
