Picking up Uncorked Commerce Orders

Overview

   This article will detail picking up eShop orders in Cloud Retailer.  


Procedure

The Uncorked Commerce eShop creates new Web Orders at the POS whenever a customer has completed a new order on the eShop. This article will walk you, step-by-step, through the process of processing an Order from the eShop at the POS.   1. If you're not already, log into the Cloud Retailer POS. 
  2. Click the 'Pickup Web Order' button
  3. Choose the order you wish to fulfill.
  4. Click the 'Set Status' Button
  5. Change the Status to 'Accepted' to indicate to the customer that their order is being picked.
  6. Click Save
  7. Confirm the Status Change by clicking 'Confirm'
  8. If you require a pick list, Click 'Print Receipt'
  9. When you are ready to fulfill the order, Click 'Pickup'
  10. Confirm the quantity of all items on the order. If any items are out of stock, adjust the quantity to zero.
  11. If you are making any additions or substitutions, ring the additional items to the recalled order transaction.
  12. Once you are ready, tender the transaction by pressing the Subtotal button.
  13. Confirm the payment total by clicking Submit.
  14. Select the EPX Online Payments payment type for any additional funds required to complete the transactions. This value may already equal the transaction total if there are no additions or substitutions.
  15. Click OK.

Returning an Uncorked Commerce eShop Transactions

Occasionally, you may need to accept a return on an eShop transaction. This workflow will guide you through the process of completing a return. If you have any difficulties returning a transaction, please contact RITE Technical support for further assistance.

  1. If you're not already, log into the Cloud Retailer POS.
  2. Click the 'Past Receipts' button
  3. Enter the ScanCode form the original transaction OR search by date. 
  4. Select the transaction corresponding to your original transaction and click 'Void Transaction'
  5. When prompted "Would you like to void this transaction using the original tender types?' Click 'Yes'
  6. Click OK on the tender window.
