Overview

Credit card readers have unique serial numbers that are found underneath them.  We don't maintain a current record of serial numbers as devices may be exchanged occasionally. To ensure accuracy, we request that you provide us with this information for the card reader(s) you wish us to troubleshoot or configure since this has to be paired correctly to your POS and Back-office. 

Step 1. Remove the card reader from the mount.

Step 2. Look for the sticker that has "S/N" on it.

Please refer to the pictures below for the specific model of your card reader.
