Overview

If you are the error mentioned above randomly, especially when scanning, this article will show you the likely fix.

NOTE: You should be able to reproduce the error message above by quickly pressing ctrl+b and ctrl+c very quickly.

Procedure

2. The directory to find the EloOptions.ini is usually C:\Program Files\Elo Touchscreen

3. The ini file can sometimes be stubborn. I recommend moving the file to the desktop and change the file extension to .txt

4. Once you have done that, open the file and find the line KeyboardResetController=1 and change it to KeyboardResetController=0 and save the file. Change the extension back to .ini and add it to the folder again.

5. Restart the computer and you should no longer be able to reset the elo touch drivers.
