ELO Touchscreen stops working (Recalibration)

If the ELO touchscreen stops working, you can attempt the steps below.


  1. Get connected and find the EloConfig app icon on the screen or press the Windows key and search for ELO Configuration.
  2. Open it up and select Calibrate Touch Screens.
  3. Follow the on screen instructions torecalibrate the touch sensors. The system will test all screens, regardless if it is touch screen or not. To skip a screen, hit ESC.
  4. On some computers, you need to run it as Admin and might need to be logged in as Admin. If you have more than one screen, it may start on the customer facing display.

If recalibration didn't resolve the issue with touch screen, try to set the screen resolution to recommended one and recalibrate it again and it should resolve the issue.
