Overview

If you are getting constant antivirus alerts, this is likely due to a security vulnerability caused by the "Elo Service Reporting" software. If the steps below do not resolve this issue, further investigation will be needed, but it is likely another software with the same vulnerability.

Procedure

1. Right click on the Windows Icon and select "Installed Apps":
2. Search for "Elo Service Reporting ". If it shows up, uninstall it. You should no longer receive the error:
3. After successfully uninstalling, the warnings should stop.
