Having a single or multiple reports emailed to you daily, weekly or monthly is quite handy and can save you some time.
Navigate to Admin > View Existing Users
Select the user account you wish to edit, and click [Edit Selected Employee]
Under the "Employee Report Summary Entries" click the [Add new entry] button.
Select the report you wish to be emailed under the Report Summary Data column.
Adjust the following settings:
Subject: This is the subject of the email.
Notification Frequency: How often the report is being generated.
Export Type: The format you wish the report to be in.
Orientation: Landscape or portrait.
Result Limit: How many rows of the report you want to be delivered.
Next generation date: The next time the report will be delivered.
If this is the first time setting up the report, the very first report you will receive will not be accurate.
If you need a report emailed to you that is not listed in the drop-down list, a custom report can be created.
