This guide will help you identify what the Device ID is for a register.
1. From your Back Office, click on "Admin"
2. Type "Device / register list" into the search bar and select Device / register list.
3. Select the appropriate register based on location and number. Every store will have different naming conventions for its registers. Select the blue text under the Number column. This will open a new window.
4. Scroll down to "Register Synchronization" and find the correct Device ID. The correct ID will be enabled and have the most recent client and server sync time. The Device ID is located on the left side of the authentication token.
NOTE: The Device ID may be one or multiple digits. There are no leading zeros on the Device ID. If it just says 8, the ID number is not 08 or 008, it's just 8.
