By default, Product Attributes are not searched at the POS when performing a product lookup. To enable this ability (possibly at the expense of lookup speed), perform the following steps:
- Log in to the back office as an admin user.
- Click on Admin in the sidebar.
- Click on Admin Catalog.
- Click on Global Entity Settings.
- Click on the Diagnostics tab.
- UNCHECK the option Simpler Pos Product Search.
- Click the Save button.
- Sync the registers and restart the POS programs.
