Export Customer Data/Information

Overview

   This article will detail exporting customer data/information from Cloud Retailer.  


Procedure

To export all your customer data:

  1. From your back office website, click on Admin in the sidebar, then click on the Customers report.
  2. Click on the + on the left side of the header row to show the available columns. Check the columns you want to see, then click the Add Selected button.
  3. Click the "Show advanced settings" arrow button.
  4. Click the Generate CSV/Excel button underneath the Grouping control and choose your export format.



  5. The system might warn you that generating the file might take a long time. Go ahead and click OK.
  6. The system will generate the export file and your browser will download it to your default download folder.
