Overview
This article will detail exporting customer data/information from Cloud Retailer.
Procedure
To export all your customer data:
- From your back office website, click on Admin in the sidebar, then click on the Customers report.
- Click on the + on the left side of the header row to show the available columns. Check the columns you want to see, then click the Add Selected button.
- Click the "Show advanced settings" arrow button.
- The system might warn you that generating the file might take a long time. Go ahead and click OK.
- The system will generate the export file and your browser will download it to your default download folder.
