My Receipt Printer is Printing Out Blank Receipts

We have had some reports of customers getting $0.00 receipts continuously printing out of their receipt printers.  While this can be unsettling, it is likely a stuck key on your keyboard.  The Enter Key is the culprit, and remember that any keyboard with the Number Pad on the right side has two Enter keys.

You will likely need to tap the Enter Key several times to free it.  If receipts keep coming out, disconnect the keyboard.  If the issue persists after the keyboard is disconnected, there could be an issue with your Touch-Screen monitor.  In those situations, contact RITE Support to assist you.
