In order to proactively monitor the systems of our valued customers, we utilize an automated system that:

  • Monitors for interruption of service
  • Measures performance of key pages against system "norms"

We utilize this information to track trends and help our engineers diagnose problems, to help ensure the best possible performance and system availability. 

In some system-level audit reports, such as the Employee Login History report, you may see the user 'cloudretailer-systemmonitor'.  This is the username used by our monitoring tools.  Anytime you see this in your reports, you can be assured this is being done by us on your behalf!
