Potential Issues

  1. Not completing the initial groundwork prior to training (this includes having all hardware ready to use prior to starting training. Check out our Community Deployment Survival Guide Checklist for additional information
  2. Not using supported hardware 
  3. Not actively participating in training. Click here for our training calendar so you can block out time to attend training
  4. Not providing our tech team with remote access to your computers
  5. Not having your payment terminals programmed, injected/encrypted, and powered up in time for training
  6. Not responding to questions from our team via email
