HELP! Labels that print on a Laser or Inkjet Printer are printing outside the margins!!

Overview

You try to print some labels using a laser or inkjet printer and the labels start creeping outside of their boundaries.

Procedure

Close or minimize any open windows on your monitor.
Right-click on the desktop and choose "Display Settings".
In the Window that shows up, scroll down with the mouse until you see "Scale and Layout"
Set the Scaled to 100% - NOTE: Not all displays will show 100% as "Recommended", but you must choose that scale.
